Clinical studies have shown that the most effective counseling for impulse control behavior is
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
The way you think determines what you do, so with effective counseling techniques, when you empower yourself, you change the way
you've been thinking and reacting.
You learn to think in a more positive way. This is not only 'positive thinking'. It's 'power thinking'.
Effective counseling techniques are not only for immediate issues.
Once you learn the techniques they're with you for life.
