Is this a Pornography Addiction

My wife thinks I have an addiction to porn. I do not believe I do. I have not looked or viewed pornography for 4 years and back then I looked online for about 12 hours over a month time.
I looked previously about 2 years earlier when I found a video I had had since my 20's. I only had a few of these videos. I don't think of porn unless I have not had sexual encounters with my wife for a long period of time.
I don't feel like I have an addiction because I haven't spent any money or time or think of it at all. What do you think?

If your life has become unmanageable because of porn, it would be considered an addiction. as you have not spent time or money or hardly think of porn, I'd agree with you.
I don't think you're addicted.
