Love To Binge

by Karla
(Erie, PA)

I LOVE to save calories to binge eat.

I know it is wrong, but I love the taste of junk food and when I want to eat it, I want as much as I can get into myself. I want tons.

I know this is not "normal", but it's the truth. I have been this way for years, after having anorexia for 3 years and I feel I will never be able to stop.

I hate hearing, "eat more during the day and you won't want to binge”. Yes I will! I always want to...even after binging and being full...I want to binge again immediately.

Is it possible to stop this ever? Do you have any advice?

You Won't Stop
by: Carrie

It is very hard to stop binging. I know it's bad for me and I'm trying really hard not to do it, but you don't seem to want to.

My binging makes me sick and I'm disgusted with myself, but I still want to do it -- it's a battle. But you're looking forward to it -- I don't get it.

Why are you asking advice? You want to keep binging. First, you have to want to stop.
