Sex addiction

I get attracted to sex time after time. I control myself not do this, but after 2-3 days I do it.

Please help.

Having sex after 2-3 days may be perfectly normal.

However, if the compulsion to have sex preoccupies you and having sex is an escape from other issues, or it leads you into risky behavior, that’s a whole other story.

From the sound of this query, this may not be an addiction.
