Alcohol and Food Addiction

Hi there.. I'm 24 and I have suffered from food/alcohol addictions since I was very young.. alcohol not till about 18, I was in a terrible relationship and have a terrible father.. I don't know where to start or if I'll ever be able to battle this thing.. its consuming my life and my health, I'm having health problems and in order to beat those I have to get rid of alcohol, and go on food diet... I need help but don't have money to see counselor.. ughh feel very hopeless

There's hope!!

Go to AA to stop drinking and take care of your health. No Excuse. It's free. There's lots of calories in alcohol, so stop this first.

Later, go to OA. Overeaters Anonymous is another 12 step program. I go all the time. There's help and it's free, but you have to go.
