Hey dear reader(s),
I have recently found - well, today really, after spending the whole day in front of my lappy - that I am addicted to Facebook, emailing, news, etc. Overall, internet.
Reaching for my laptop became a habit like taking a breath- essential for surviving. If I am unable to connect to the net at the airport to check emails and Facebook, I get irritated.
Yes, I do live international, and many of my friends and relatives are away. I live in a tiny community in China that does not offer much to do. I spent my past 6 years in this community, and besides the internet, nothing really motivates me.
I am stuck. What should I do? I have tons of books surrounding me, many opportunities at home, but I am just absolutely not motivated.
I dearly hope that all of us find answers here, and soon I will find my answer and solution too. I used to be an achiever who was eager to get big things done - not anymore, I am not.
Hugs,
Pal
